E-mail Account
General information
The e-mail account comprises of a unique username and password. The
username cannot be changed, whereas your password can be changed.
The e-mail account is used to access Monash e-mails via an e-mail
client such as Ms.Outlook.
Obtaining the e-mail
account
To obtain for your personal e-mail account, kindly approach our ITS Service Desk personnel located at the Learning Commons (Building 7, Level 1). Alternatively, you may reach us at extension 46200 or e-mail us at servicedesk@monash.edu.my.
Changing your password
It is advisable to change your e-mail password often for security
reasons. However, this is entirely up to you. There are 2 steps :
