Authcate Account
General information
The Authcate account comprises of a unique username and password.
The username is derived from your full name. The username cannot be
changed, whereas your password can be changed. The Authcate account
is used to access your
Monash Library,
WebCT,
and all other Monash secured sites where authentication is needed.
Obtaining an Authcate
account
To obtain an authcate account, kindly approach our ITS Service Desk personnel located at the Learning Commons (Building 7, Level 1). Alternatively, you may reach us at extension 46200 or e-mail us at servicedesk@monash.edu.my.
Changing your password
It is advisable to change your password often for security reasons.
However, this is entirely up to you. You may change your password by
visiting this website

Forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password or username, you can always seek
assistance from the ITS Service Desk. |
