WiFi Quick Fix

If you can see the campus WiFi on your device and are able to connect to it, yet unable to load the WiFi login page, you may do the following steps to open the WiFi login portal.

  • Clear your browsing history- Open the web browser or navigate to the browser settings on your device and find the option to clear your browsing data.
  • Manually load the WiFi login page - You may manually type the WiFi login portal page https://wifi.monash.edu.my in the address bar of your web browser.
